Develop and recommend membership policies affecting members and the association, consistent with the By-Laws of STCAR. Enhance member benefits, member and Business Partner growth.
Provide educational programs for events, MCE and commercial designations.
Educate and inform REALTOR® members on key legislative issues, and important political developments affecting the real estate industry. Coordinate and refine policy developed on legislative and regulatory issues and to coordinate and oversee the legislative, regulatory, and other public policy-making functions of the Association. Promote TREPAC fundraising and promotion.
Develop programs to meet the needs of the membership such as, commercial expo, member breakfasts/luncheons, property exchanges, bus tours and networking events.
Provide members with information on emerging issues and trends that will impact their business and business operations and to provide opportunities for members to share information with respect to new technologies and new business applications that will be useful in members’ day to day business practice. Monitor and make recommendations concerning the STCAR website and CIE.
